We're engineers who love the entire journey, from first principles through first articles. Future Perfect Systems exists because the best products are born when design and manufacturing speak the same language from day one.
It's a grammar thing and a promise.
In English, the future perfect tense describes an action that will have been completed at some point in the future.
"When you work with us, you can be assured your project will have been delivered exceeding expectations."
That tense captures exactly how we think about our work. Every engagement starts with a clear vision of the finished outcome, the product, and its user. When we engineer to that end, we produce quality products that we can be proud of and people want to use.
A brief history of how we got here.
Our founders met through building and racing FPV drones, sharing a passion for engineering and innovation. They end up running the MultiGP chapter in San Antonio,TX.
We launched with a clear thesis: to develop quality products that we want to use ourselves. We wanted to revive the old paradigm of the owner-operator, rather than accept VC funding. We want to serve our customers, not investors.
Frustrated with planned obsolescence and data harvesting practices, we decide to develop our first product line of custom, open-source mice: tappymouse.com.
We continue to partner with ambitious teams who want to move fast without sacrificing engineering rigor. The best is ahead.
Principles we design by, every project, every day.
Every design decision is filtered through "how will this be built at scale?" We speak the language of tooling, tolerances, and supply chains.
We start with physics and requirements, not assumptions. Rigorous analysis up front prevents expensive surprises downstream.
You'll always know what we know: trade-offs, risks, and progress. No black boxes, no surprises at the review gate.
Prototypes beat presentations. We'd rather test a hypothesis this week than debate it for a month. Speed and learning go hand in hand.
Individual parts are easy. Making them work together under real-world constraints like thermal, EMC, structural, and user experience is where we excel.
Products ship, but they shouldn't stagnate. We build in the hooks for cost reduction, reliability growth, and next-gen evolution.
Senior engineers who've shipped real products and enjoy doing it again.
